Ground-up, design/build and up-fit of commercial offices, retail spaces, leisure facilities, mixed-use projects and senior living up to $200M in value.

The Role:

We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager with commercial GC experience to become 2nd in command for their New Construction division, based in Winston-Salem. We are looking for somebody who can report directly into the Estimating Director and be a key player within the business.
